Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 yellow onion (small onion, sliced and separated into rings)
  • 6 lemon slices
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • FOR DILL SAUCE
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a 15x10x1 baking pan with heavy duty foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place salmon skin-side down on foil. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and onion salt. Cover with onion and lemon slices, and then dot with butter.

  • Step 2: Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly.

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Open foil carefully, allowing steam to escape. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • Step 4: Combine sauce ingredients until smooth.

  • Step 5: Serve with sauce on top of salmon.
