"This is a lovely appetizer and so easy to make. The bread can be the small slices of perty rye or the pumpernickle. This recipe is tarditional Danish served in our home many times when I was a younster. I don't roll the balls in the chopped parsley I just drizzle some on each ball,"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the salmon, dill, mayo, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon juice and pepper

With a teaspoon dipped in water form small 3/4 inch balls,
Step 3
Roll the balls in the chopped parsley
Step 4
Serve cold along side the pumpernickle
