Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon (lox, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 6 drops fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • Thin slices of round pumpernickle party bread

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the salmon, dill, mayo, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon juice and pepper

  • Step 2: With a teaspoon dipped in water form small 3/4 inch balls,

  • Step 3: Roll the balls in the chopped parsley

  • Step 4: Serve cold along side the pumpernickle
