"This is similar to a pate in texture, plan ahead there's a 4 hours chilling time before serving or better still make it a day ahead, amounts listed will yield about 2 cups. Don't even think about making this using pink salmon the flavor will not be as good. Serve with crackers"

Step by Step Method

In a food processor process salmon until fine. Add in the next 6 ingredients; process 30 seconds or until smooth.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce to taste.
Step 3
Cover and chill for at least 4 or more hours before serving.
Step 4
Serve as spread for crackers.
