Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cans (184 gram) salmon (red sockeye salmon, bones removed and hand-squeeze to release as much moisture as possible)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (no bottled!)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion (use the white part only)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Assorted crackers

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor process salmon until fine. Add in the next 6 ingredients; process 30 seconds or until smooth.

  • Step 2: Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce to taste.

  • Step 3: Cover and chill for at least 4 or more hours before serving.

  • Step 4: Serve as spread for crackers.
