"Being from a town by this name, you have to have a recipe called that. I prefer Atlantic salmon or west coast sockeye fillets [ or arms}. This is easy and made for the BBQ. Depending on how large your piece of fish is you can make more or less of the marinade, just keep the ratios the same. As with all seafood and fish dishes, don't overcook it. Good with a cold beer!"

Engrossed

I loved this easy salmon recipe. I've never heard it cal'salmon arm', but I think that is what I used...a huge fillet. I brushed on the glaze as directed, but baked it in the oven at 350F. I always overcook salmon, and this time was no exception, but that is how I like it, and the glaze added a wonderful flavor and a pretty shine. It paired well with mushroom brown rice and a cran-apple side dish. Freddy Cat says thanks for the fish! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

Bergy

This is such an easy tasty recipe. However Salmon Arm at this time of year (Dec) is not conducive to BBQ except for the hardiest of souls. I did this recipe in the oven 375f for 20 minutes. The result was a lovely moist flakey serving. The salmon I used was Fire Island Fillets from M & M - Just right serving size. I served the salmon with Baby Bok Choy Marsala and steamed carrots - Thank Dazn'Glazed for a lovely dinner
