Dazedn'Glazed

Retired and living in a small town, 17000 people- Salmon Arm in British Columbia. Being in the south central interior, it's easy to enjoy hunting, fishing, RV'ing. I like to cook and my wife likes to let me. We are pretty laid back and relaxed with a sense of humour. Coming from a town with this name you have to be. I try to explain to people who are puzzled by the name that it's kind of like fish fingers or buffalo wings, and yes, I have posted a recipe for "salmon arm". We are having fun and enjoying life.
