  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease the rack on the BBQ and pre-heat it to medium

  • Step 2: Melt the butter and stir in the sugar and soy sauce. Brush the marinade onto the fillet

  • Step 3: Put the salmon skin side down on the BBQ over medium heat and close the lid

  • Step 4: Depending on thick your fillet is and how hot your BBQ cooks, check in 10 to 12 minutes. As soon as the fish starts to easily flake, take it off and serve. Don't overcook
