Step by Step Method
Step 1
Remove giblet packet from chicken and pat dry.
Step 2
Rub Ghee/Oil all over chicken and season generously.
Step 3
Place chicken, breast side down into Air Fryer.
Step 4
Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 5
Flip chicken over and cook for 350 degrees for an additional 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Step 6
Let rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
