Step 1: Remove giblet packet from chicken and pat dry.
Step 2: Rub Ghee/Oil all over chicken and season generously.
Step 3: Place chicken, breast side down into Air Fryer.
Step 4: Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 5: Flip chicken over and cook for 350 degrees for an additional 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Step 6: Let rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
