Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 pound chicken, whole (1 Whole Chicken about 5 pounds, cleaned and blotted dry)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (or olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove giblet packet from chicken and pat dry.

  • Step 2: Rub Ghee/Oil all over chicken and season generously.

  • Step 3: Place chicken, breast side down into Air Fryer.

  • Step 4: Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

  • Step 5: Flip chicken over and cook for 350 degrees for an additional 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  • Step 6: Let rest for 10 minutes and then serve.
