" This is a lovely vegetable casserole to serve not just for special occasions but everyday too. After you have baked it, stir gently and broil for 3-5 minutes or until the veggies turn golden and carmelize - Watch don't let thm get too brown. This recipe is from Campbell's kitchen. Use different combination of veggies to change the flavor. I find that 45 minutes is long enough to get veggies cooked just right for us but we like a bit of crunch."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl or zip lock bag. In measuring cup combine the broth, maple syrup, oil, cranberries, rosemary and cinnamon, stir and pour over the the veggies. Gently mix.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to lightly greased shallow oven proof dish (13" x 9")
Step 3
Bake in 400f oven for 1 hour, until the veggies are tender and begin to turn golden
