Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk mayonnaise, horseradish and rosemary in small bowl to blend.

Step 2

Season dressing with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread bottom piece of bread with half of dressing.

Step 4

Top with roast beef, tomatoes and arugula.

Step 5

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Spread remaining dressing on top piece of bread.

Step 7

Press bread, dressing side down, onto arugula.

Step 8

Cut into 4 pieces and serve.

Wow is this good...and very filling...I did cut back on the tomatoes...I used 2 slices for each sandwich and just a hand full of the arugula on each...we love the heat of the horseradish...although the hubby thought it was a bit too much...made for your football win week #6...
