Step 1: Whisk mayonnaise, horseradish and rosemary in small bowl to blend.
Step 2: Season dressing with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Spread bottom piece of bread with half of dressing.
Step 4: Top with roast beef, tomatoes and arugula.
Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Spread remaining dressing on top piece of bread.
Step 7: Press bread, dressing side down, onto arugula.
Step 8: Cut into 4 pieces and serve.
