The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (white)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary (fresh, or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 8 ounce bread loaf (French baguette, halved lengthwise, 12-inch section)
  • 8 ounces roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced (medium tomatoes)
  • 8 ounces arugula, stems removed (1 large bunch)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk mayonnaise, horseradish and rosemary in small bowl to blend.

  • Step 2: Season dressing with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Spread bottom piece of bread with half of dressing.

  • Step 4: Top with roast beef, tomatoes and arugula.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Spread remaining dressing on top piece of bread.

  • Step 7: Press bread, dressing side down, onto arugula.

  • Step 8: Cut into 4 pieces and serve.
