Step by Step Method
Step 1
Toast the almonds in a small nonstick pan with 1/4 cup sugar until the sugar dissolves and coats the almonds. Let cool.
Step 2
Combine the chicken, rice, celery, grapes, pineapple, oranges and almonds together in a large bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl mix the salad dressing ingredients together.
Step 4
Mix the salad dressing with the salad and toss well.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Chill or serve immediately.
