"This is like a reuben sandwich but on a pizza. You can add other toppings if you like but the basic toppings for this pizza is deli sliced corned beef and sauerkraut. For gluten free pizza simply use gluten free pizza dough and gluten free corned beef."

Coat a pizza pan with non-stick spray.
Spread the pizza dough on a pizza baking sheet.
Mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish and Russian dressing and spread over pizza dough.
Top with the corned beef, sauerkraut and cheeses.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a preheated 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until bottom of crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow resting for a couple of minutes before slicing.
