Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 11 ounces pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Russian salad dressing
  • 1 cup finely chopped corned beef
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (well drained)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat a pizza pan with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: Spread the pizza dough on a pizza baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish and Russian dressing and spread over pizza dough.

  • Step 4: Top with the corned beef, sauerkraut and cheeses.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a preheated 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven.

  • Step 6: Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until bottom of crust is golden brown.

  • Step 7: Remove from oven and allow resting for a couple of minutes before slicing.
