Step by Step Method
Step 1
N a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, hot sauce and garlic pepper; set aside
Step 2
Skewer the mushrooms, red pepper pieces and onion pieces onto metal skewers.
Step 3
Brush the skewers with the oil and hot sauce mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Bring BBQ to medium-high heat and place skewers on grill.
Step 6
Cook covered, turning occasionally until mushrooms are just cooked.
Step 7
Serve.
