Step 1: N a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, hot sauce and garlic pepper; set aside
Step 2: Skewer the mushrooms, red pepper pieces and onion pieces onto metal skewers.
Step 3: Brush the skewers with the oil and hot sauce mixture.
Step 4: Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Step 5: Bring BBQ to medium-high heat and place skewers on grill.
Step 6: Cook covered, turning occasionally until mushrooms are just cooked.
Step 7: Serve.
