A nice change from the same ole same ole. We loved these along with some bacon and toast. Breakfast is now worth cooking, with little gems like this recipe.

Delicious describes this recipe. What a difference it makes cooking the egg in the ketchup mixture. The touch of vinegar cuts the sweetness of the ketchup. I cut back on the ketchup & water as I was only cooking 2 eggs. This recipe may look messy but wait until you taste it - Wow. I will be making this often.

A very easy tasty egg recipe. My husband always puts ketchup on his eggs so he really loved this, so I will make again. Thank you for your recipe
