"When the garden offers her bounty it can be overwhelming - so it is with radishes. You have to use them in a certain period of time for them to be at their best. I like this simple salad to use up some of the surplus. It keeps well in the fridge for a day or two. Nice seved as a condiment side dish with meat, Mexican and others.."

This made for a lovely refreshing, crispy and different salad for our B.B.Q. on the weekend. I followed the recipe as written, but for some reason whilst making I thought I had to add mushrooms. Now you could blame age I suppose, but I think it may have been the wine! lol Either way it worked really well. Enjoyed by all this was the perfect salad for a hot balmy evening.

A lovely tangy side salad we really enjoyed. I used dried parsley as I did not have any fresh on hand and it turned out nicely.

Mmmm love the crunch and the flavour, very good to add to our plates, will be making this one a lot. I had fresh parsley and chives from the herb garden, we loved the combination with the soy sauce. Just made half a recipe, wish i had made the whole one, but will be as soon as i get more radish!!
