"When the garden offers her bounty it can be overwhelming - so it is with radishes. You have to use them in a certain period of time for them to be at their best. I like this simple salad to use up some of the surplus. It keeps well in the fridge for a day or two. Nice seved as a condiment side dish with meat, Mexican and others.."
