"This is a salad we have quite often in the summer time when radishes are abundant. It has a bit of heat to it which can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of red pepper flakes. I sometimes use green onions instead of the chives just to change it up."

This is just one fantastic radish salad. So easy to prepare. Sweet and tangy at the same time and so delicious. Gobbled up by everyone here!

Had a ton of radishes in my fridge so I decided on this recipe last night, it was light refreshing and the flavor was great, we all loved it and enjoyed it, definately deserves 5 stars from me

Very refreshingy tangy condiment. I had an abundance of radishes so this was perfect to use some up. Made again 26 June 2013 There are two things wrong with this recipe - first it is better than my radish salad recipe and second it is so darn good you can't stop eating it. I even topped a cheese cracker with a slice.

I love-love-love- LOVE this salad!, I used more oil and a tad less vinegar, I'm growing radishes in my garden so this was such a treat, this is going to be made again and again, I love finding great recipes so thanks QueenBea
