"Only three ingredients! Not the best pizza dough in the world, but good enough for a quick pizza fix, or for the kiddo's to make. Not sure the original source, this recipe is all over the internet. Make sure to use REAL greek yogurt, not the kind that is artificially thickened with cornstarch or other ingredients."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly sprinkle your pizza pan with cornmeal.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients. If too sticky, add a bit more flour. Knead for 5-8 minutes until you have an elastic dough. Ready to use.

Step 3

Roll out the dough and place onto the prepared pizza pan. Top with your preferred ingredients (not too many or it won't cook through). Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Note: you can pre-cook the crust for 10 minutes, then add the toppings and cook until done. This creates a crispier crust.
