  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly sprinkle your pizza pan with cornmeal.

  • Step 2: Combine all ingredients. If too sticky, add a bit more flour. Knead for 5-8 minutes until you have an elastic dough. Ready to use.

  • Step 3: Roll out the dough and place onto the prepared pizza pan. Top with your preferred ingredients (not too many or it won't cook through). Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  • Note: you can pre-cook the crust for 10 minutes, then add the toppings and cook until done. This creates a crispier crust.
