Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large stock pot heat oil.A dd onion, carrots and green pepper, saute.
Step 2
Add rice, chili and pepper, saute.
Step 3
Add garlic, saute.
Step 4
Add water, garlic powder, tomato sauce, chicken, bay leaf and vinegar. Cook for 1 hour covered until chicken is done.
Step 5
Take chicken out and debone add chunks of chicken back inches.
Step 6
Remove bay leaves.
