How to Make

  • Step 1: Defrost the bread according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3: Grease a baking sheet.

  • Step 4: Crumble the sausage and fry it in a large skillet over medium-high heat until well browned; drain well.

  • Step 5: Chop the bacon into small pieces; fry them in a skillet until crisp and drain well.

  • Step 6: Roll the dough into an approximate 10-by-12-inch rectangle.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle the dough with the sausage, bacon and the grated mozzarella cheese or American cheese.

  • Step 8: Roll up the dough from one of the short ends and pinch the ends to seal.

  • Step 9: Lay the roll, seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Step 10: Bake for 30 minutes.
