Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 2

On a baking sheet, lightly toast pita bread in the oven (about 8-10 minutes). Allow to cool while you prep for the pizzas.

In a medium bowl, place the chicken cubes. Mix cubes with 1 tablespoon pesto.

Smear remaining 2 tablespoons pesto around the toasted pita bread. Begin assembling the pizza-add veggies, olives, cheese

And then top with chicken.

Place back into oven to melt cheese (about 3-4 minutes).

Slice into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
