Step by Step Method

Heat oil.

Saute onions.

Cover tightly and simmer about 2 hours or until meat is tender.

Adding water as needed

Last 30 minutes

Add veggies to meat.

Taste for seasoning.

Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

Crown with biscuits that you have brushed with butter and parmesan cheese.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.

Until biscuits are browned
