Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all the chicken ingredients together.
Step 2
Let set 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat wok and add some oil; cook chicken until just done.

Remove.

Add more oil.

Add cabbage and cook until wilted down, about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add onions and stir fry.
Step 8
Add garlic and lightly season.
Step 9
Add celery, chicken, soy sauce and chicken broth.
Step 10
Add msg (if using).

Cover cook for 5 minutes.
Step 12
Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Step 13
Season to taste.
Step 14
Serve over warm chow mein noodles
