Step 9: Add celery, chicken, soy sauce and chicken broth.
Step 10: Add msg (if using).
Step 11: Cover cook for 5 minutes.
Step 12: Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Step 13: Season to taste.
Step 14: Serve over warm chow mein noodles
