Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil chicken with celery, carrots,onion, poultry spices, (seasoning)salt and pepper.(90 minutes)

Add more water if needed

Then add potatoes and green beans, and let cook thoroughly.(30 minutes)

Meanwhile

Bake bottom pie crust 375 degrees for 12 minutes untill golden brown

After crust is done

Take everything out of water and use 2 cups chicken (stock) water to make gravy.

Thicken it with flour ( make roux with butter) and cornstarch.

(Mix stock and cornstarch)( Use gravy section for measurements)

Season to taste

Pick chicken from bones,(skin off) and put chicken, (chopped)green beans, celery, onion ,(carrots)and potatoes into the pie shell

Add gravy, put the top crust on, crimp crust and bake pie shell at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
