Step 1: Boil chicken with celery, carrots,onion, poultry spices, (seasoning)salt and pepper.(90 minutes)
Step 2: Add more water if needed
Step 3: Then add potatoes and green beans, and let cook thoroughly.(30 minutes)
Step 4: Meanwhile
Step 5: Bake bottom pie crust 375 degrees for 12 minutes untill golden brown
Step 6: After crust is done
Step 7: Take everything out of water and use 2 cups chicken (stock) water to make gravy.
Step 8: Thicken it with flour ( make roux with butter) and cornstarch.
Step 9: (Mix stock and cornstarch)( Use gravy section for measurements)
Step 10: Season to taste
Step 11: Pick chicken from bones,(skin off) and put chicken, (chopped)green beans, celery, onion ,(carrots)and potatoes into the pie shell
Step 12: Add gravy, put the top crust on, crimp crust and bake pie shell at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
