Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil chicken for 60 minutes.
Step 2
Debone and de-skin chicken, save remaining broth for soup.
Step 3
First Layer: Place fine cut chicken in bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 4
Second Layer: Place celery soup and sour cream together.
Step 5
Third Layer: Prepare stovetop stuffing as instructed except change water to 2 cups of broth.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
