Step 1: Boil chicken for 60 minutes.
Step 2: Debone and de-skin chicken, save remaining broth for soup.
Step 3: First Layer: Place fine cut chicken in bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 4: Second Layer: Place celery soup and sour cream together.
Step 5: Third Layer: Prepare stovetop stuffing as instructed except change water to 2 cups of broth.
Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
