I liked this a lot but am wondering why it needs oil packed tuna, since there's oil in the dressing as well? It would be good with water pack tuna, I think... I just re-read another review and am now thinking ah-ha: good albacore packed in olive oil. I did not do that - had trouble finding any kind of tuna in oil locally. Anyway, it made a lovely supper; served it over lettuce and added some little tomatoes.

Love this dish! I grew up and make a dish somewhat similar to this one. So good!!! Using a good quality, European style albacore packed in olive oil is a must. So satisfyingly tasty and so very, very easy. I’ll be making this again, Dee, and thanks so much for sharing this here with us. Made it for FYC.
