  • 1 can (15 ounces ) garbanzo beans ,drained
  • 1 can (12 ounces) tuna in oil
  • 2 tablespoons red onion ,minced
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Topping:
  • 2 eggs,hardboiled,cut in 4ths then divided into half
  • 1/4 cup stuffed green olives
