" These are so handy to have in your freezer. Serve these as an appetizer or have them as part of a Dim Sum brunch. I prefet to use Spring roll wrappers, they have a lighter texture and bake better that Wonton wrappers. You may use either. If you choose to freeze them - freeze them separately on a cookie sheet then bag them. To bake put frozen wraps in a 375 oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, until they are heated through and golden. Serve with either sweet chili sauce or a sweet & sour sauce"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the ground pork in a skillet and stir fry it until fully cooked, cool
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together, except wrappers, mix well
Step 3
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wrapper, bring the sides up toward the center, pleating them in small folds, making a little purse, or fold the wrap over the filling and crimp the edges
Step 4
You may now freeze them or continue on with the recipe
Step 5
Heat oven to 400 f. Place the wraps on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes turning them once. They should be golden. Serve warm
