Were these ever popular with my family! I doubled the recipe thinking that I could stretch them for another meal, but no luck there, they disappeared faster than l could say "Go"! Not only are they tasty, but so easy peasy to put together and a great party item. Thanks, Mike, for sharing!

These were a big hit with the family. They taste just like pizza when dipped in the pizza sauce. This is a good recipe for a family of picky eaters -- you can easily modify each rectangle with different pizza toppings. I used black olives on two rectangles and left them off of the other two. I think I overfilled my pinwheels (the recipe said SPRINKLE and I was much more heavy-handed with cheese and pepperoni), so I wasn't able to cut each rectangle into 6 pieces because they were falling apart, but I was still able to cut into 5 slices! They baked the full 17 minutes and were perfectly done. Really enjoyed this recipe because it was fast, fun, kid-friendly food for our board game afternoon. Thanks for sharing! I made this for my kids for lunch and they loved them! Anything to do with pizza always puts a smile on their face. They are real good and a must have again soon for us!

Great little lunch Mike - thanks! In the spirit of personalizing it, I used kielbasa since I had it on hand. Super easy and quick - and best of all tasty. Made for Billboard Tag Game Nov 2014
