"To me this is comfort food. Perogies are very reasonable to buy, even more so if you make your own, so this is quite an economical dish. I get my perogioes from a woman at the Farmers Market they are just as good,and better than my home made. I consider this a "Kid Smart" recipe as there are a few veggies snuck in and I'll bet they will love the recipe. Just watch your spice level."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2

Lightly spray an oven proof dish with oil and place the sausages and veggies in the dish

Step 3

Place perogies on sausage and veggies, mix hot suce and soup, spoon over the perogies

Step 4

Lightly cover with foil, bake 45 minutes, remove foil, top with cheese, return to oven, bake uncovered for a further 15 minutes
