Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 potato and cheese perogies, cooked
  • 12 ounces of smoked spicy sausage, cut in bite size pieces
  • 3/4 cup raw carrots, sliced
  • 3/4 cup broccoli, cut into smallf lorets
  • 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can low sodium tomato soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F

  • Step 2: Lightly spray an oven proof dish with oil and place the sausages and veggies in the dish

  • Step 3: Place perogies on sausage and veggies, mix hot suce and soup, spoon over the perogies

  • Step 4: Lightly cover with foil, bake 45 minutes, remove foil, top with cheese, return to oven, bake uncovered for a further 15 minutes
