Step by Step Method

Step 1

Beat the eggs until frothy, about 4-5 minutes (this is important so make certain to beat for that time). Stir in the butter and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients with the pecans and mix well.

Put liners into muffin tray. Scoop the batter into muffin liners.
