Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine flour, 1 cup cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Add oil and combine until well mixed.
Step 3
Press firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9" deep dish pie plate.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Cool completely.
Step 6
Combine sour cream, broth, mayo, and eggs and whisk until smooth.
Step 7
Add chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, dill, and hot mustard.
Step 8
Pour chicken mixture into prepared baked crust.
Step 9
Arrange pecan halves over the chicken mixture.
Step 10
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes until set.
Step 11
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
