Step 1: Combine flour, 1 cup cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Add oil and combine until well mixed.
Step 3: Press firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9" deep dish pie plate.
Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Step 5: Cool completely.
Step 6: Combine sour cream, broth, mayo, and eggs and whisk until smooth.
Step 7: Add chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, dill, and hot mustard.
Step 8: Pour chicken mixture into prepared baked crust.
Step 9: Arrange pecan halves over the chicken mixture.
Step 10: Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes until set.
Step 11: Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
