Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Line a 18cm x 28cm shallow pan with baking paper

Step 3

Using an electric mixer, cream butter and peanut butter until well combined.

Step 4

Add sugars and beat until light and creamy and then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine and then stir in sifted flours and chocolate chunks.

Step 5

Spread mixture evenly into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked when test with a skewer.

Step 6

Cool in pan and then cut into wedges.
