Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and cocoa, stirring to combine. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Step 3

Add the almond flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt and mix to combine.

Step 4

Spread into the baking pan and bake 30 minutes.

Step 5

Cool to room temperature before slicing into 16 squares.

I made this as instructed except for using a 9" deep dish pie pan and the consistency is not like the usual brownie but the taste is amazing!! It turns out on the crumbly side so a brownie crumble it is, lol. I will definitely be making this again.
