Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 gram butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (plain)
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate chunks (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.

  • Step 2: Line a 18cm x 28cm shallow pan with baking paper

  • Step 3: Using an electric mixer, cream butter and peanut butter until well combined.

  • Step 4: Add sugars and beat until light and creamy and then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine and then stir in sifted flours and chocolate chunks.

  • Step 5: Spread mixture evenly into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked when test with a skewer.

  • Step 6: Cool in pan and then cut into wedges.
