Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: Line a 18cm x 28cm shallow pan with baking paper
Step 3: Using an electric mixer, cream butter and peanut butter until well combined.
Step 4: Add sugars and beat until light and creamy and then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine and then stir in sifted flours and chocolate chunks.
Step 5: Spread mixture evenly into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked when test with a skewer.
Step 6: Cool in pan and then cut into wedges.
