Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl combine the first four dry ingredients together.
Step 2
In another bowl combine remaining wet ingredients. Pour into the flour mixture and combine until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Pour batter onto a griddle into what size suits you. Cook a couple of minutes on one side or until browned. Flip and cook another minute or so.
Step 4
Serve hot with butter and top how you please.
