Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or to suit you taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil ( vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 whole banana, mashed (ripe banana)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (smooth)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl combine the first four dry ingredients together.

  • Step 2: In another bowl combine remaining wet ingredients. Pour into the flour mixture and combine until thoroughly mixed.

  • Step 3: Pour batter onto a griddle into what size suits you. Cook a couple of minutes on one side or until browned. Flip and cook another minute or so.

  • Step 4: Serve hot with butter and top how you please.
