Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into cutlets.
Step 2
Mix Heinz 57 sauce and honey to make a glaze.
Step 3
Put some of the sauce to the side.
Step 4
Salt and pepper the chicken to taste
Step 5
Dunk each piece of chicken into the glaze.
Step 6
Put the dunked chicken on a quarter sheet tray lined with nonstick aluminum foil.
Step 7
Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before baking.
Step 8
Bake it at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Step 9
After it is out of the oven, let the chicken sit for few minutes tented
