Step 1: Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into cutlets.
Step 2: Mix Heinz 57 sauce and honey to make a glaze.
Step 3: Put some of the sauce to the side.
Step 4: Salt and pepper the chicken to taste
Step 5: Dunk each piece of chicken into the glaze.
Step 6: Put the dunked chicken on a quarter sheet tray lined with nonstick aluminum foil.
Step 7: Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before baking.
Step 8: Bake it at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Step 9: After it is out of the oven, let the chicken sit for few minutes tented
