  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast,cut into cutlets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into cutlets.

  • Step 2: Mix Heinz 57 sauce and honey to make a glaze.

  • Step 3: Put some of the sauce to the side.

  • Step 4: Salt and pepper the chicken to taste

  • Step 5: Dunk each piece of chicken into the glaze.

  • Step 6: Put the dunked chicken on a quarter sheet tray lined with nonstick aluminum foil.

  • Step 7: Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before baking.

  • Step 8: Bake it at 350°F for 30 minutes.

  • Step 9: After it is out of the oven, let the chicken sit for few minutes tented
